Located in Northern California, Mrs. Pastures is a locally owned and operated manufacturing company that specializes in making cookies for horses. Sold on a wholesale basis to Ranch and Farm Supply Stores, Feed Stores, Saddle Shops, Tack Stores and Equine Mobile Units around the country, the company has built a reputation for its high standards and desirability among horses.

Started in 1986, Mrs. Pastures backs each of its products with a satisfaction guarantee and one simple goal: to make the best treat on the equine market. To achieve this goal, owner and founder Patricia Burge spent many months of trial and error attempting to creating the ideal horse cookie recipe. She went on to start the company at the age of 66, thanks to the encouragement of her friends and family. Since then, the company has grown to expand its product line while also becoming nationally recognized as a leader in the horse treat industry.

Today, Mrs. Pastures cookies can be purchased in a variety of package sizes. Each cookie is made from all-natural ingredients with no preservatives. Ingredients include oats, wheat bran, cane molasses, rolled barley, fresh apples and water – all combined together in a way that will not fall apart in your pocket and offers an excellent shelf life.
